Uses and characteristics

1. It is suitable for strip rolling of plain carbon steel, stainless steel, special steel and so on.

2. Divided into the work roll and backup roll transmission mode: ordinary electric pressing and AGC hydraulic pressing two control modes.

3. It can be equipped with a work roll press bending device, which can quickly adjust the crown of the roll, change the contact pressure distribution between the rolls, and achieve the purpose of controlling the shape of the plate.

4. The whole machine has simple structure, convenient maintenance and operation, and low investment.

5. The AGC four-high rolling mill has high control accuracy, which is especially suitable for the production of high-precision cold-rolled strips.

Production line process

Front coiler (unloading trolley) → front device → four-roller main machine → rear device → rear coiler (unloading trolley). It can be equipped with decoiler, straightening machine and other equipment according to needs.
