Gear-driven Narrow Strip Hot Rolled Coils

The mandrel moves axially within the hollow shaft under the action of the expansion and contraction hydraulic cylinder. The beveled surface of the mandrel pushes the plunger in the radial hole of the hollow shaft to move outward, and the upper end surface of the plunger pushes the fan-shaped plate to expand outward, so as to realize the expansion of the reel. After winding the tape roll, the mandrel moves axially in the opposite direction under the action of the expansion cylinder. Through the connecting rod pulling the fan-shaped plate inward contraction, the plunger moves inward. The diameter of the reel is reduced to the uncoiling state, and the uncoiling begins.
