Black Steel Tube Production Line has a mature automatic production process, all the constituent machines meet the export quality requirements, and the operation of each machine is very simple and convenient. It adopts the welding mode of horizontal placement and moving of workpieces, which can realize the simultaneous welding of two welds, so as to reduce the distortion and deformation of workpieces caused by welding heat.

Our Black Steel Tube Production Line is equipped with high-quality power supply to realize single arc double wire welding, with fast welding speed, good weld forming and beautiful appearance. Because the automation degree of the production line is greatly improved compared with the traditional production line, the labor intensity of workers and operators can be reduced.
