Overview

The Horizontal Accumulator is actually the main equipment in the welded pipe production line, which mainly consists of a clip feeder, a live jacket body assembly, a discharge device and an electrical control device. Among them, the clip feeding device is mainly through the electrical control device that can adjust the speed of the feeding motor and feeding speed. The storage bin can store the strip fed by the clip feeding device and can be withdrawn from the central discharge roller. The discharging device can horizontally introduce the strip stored in the live jacket into the forming unit and send the discharging speed signal to the electrical control device.
