Overview

WF-50 high frequency longitudinal welded pipe production line / pipe making machine / tube forming machine is designed to produce welded pipes of 19 mm-76 mm in OD and 0.7 mm-2.75 mm in wall thickness, as well as corresponding square and rectangle tube. Our Carbon Steel Galvanized Pipe Production Mill Machine has the advantages of uniform coating, strong adhesion and long service life. In order to improve the corrosion resistance of steel pipes, general steel pipes are galvanized.

The increasingly mature carbon steel pipe forming and welding technology has been widely used in many fields, such as chemical industry, furniture, water pipe, home decoration and so on. The raw material of carbon steel pipe is round tube blank. The round tube blank is cut and processed by the cutter, and the blank with a growth of about 1m is sent to the furnace for heating through the conveyor belt.
