Overview

Our Tube Making Machine brings the belt material into the pipe welding machine through the feeding machine, extrudes the belt material through the roller, then uses argon arc welding mixed gas to weld and calibrate the circle, outputs the pipe with the required length, cuts it off by the cutter mechanism, and then straightens it by the straightening machine. Spot welder is used for spot welding connection between belt heads. 

This type of Tube Making Machine is a comprehensive complete set of equipment that continuously welds the belt material into pipe, and adjusts the circle and alignment. It is formed by uncoiling, forming, welding, grinding, sizing, straightening, sizing, cutting and other processes. Due to the formation of stainless steel welded pipe and the maturity of welding technology, seamless pipe has been replaced in many fields.

Standard configuration

 1.  Uncoiler: Mechanical tension bridle manual adjustment .

 2.  Horizontal and vertical holder: Passed heat treatment to make black. The holder will rust protection when used.

 3.  Bearing : Used deep groove ball bearing

 4.  Welding : Argon welding machine (500A) .

 5.  Grinding head: Manual by hand to debugging.

 6.  Cutting machine: Abrasive cutting machine.

 7.  Drive motor used Siemens brand, grinding motor used MIVI brand.
