Overview

The galvanized pipes produced by our ERW Rectangle Galvanized Steel Pipe Making Machine are widely used to transport fluids, such as oil, natural gas, water, gas, steam, etc. in addition, when the bending and torsional strength are the same, the weight is lighter, so they are also widely used in the manufacture of mechanical parts and engineering structures. It has the advantages of uniform coating, strong adhesion and long service life.

In order to improve the corrosion resistance of steel pipes, general steel pipes are galvanized. Complex physical and chemical reactions occur between the steel pipe matrix and the molten plating solution to form a corrosion-resistant zinc ferroalloy layer with compact structure. The alloy layer is integrated with the pure zinc layer and the steel pipe matrix. Therefore, it has strong corrosion resistance.
