Overview

Our Erw Tube Mill Carbon Steel is stable in operation, convenient in operation and maintenance, and have reached the advanced level of the same industry in terms of structure and accuracy. The speed of the equipment is adjusted according to the change of the pipe specifications from the feeding to the pipe discharging. I think the product will form a production line, so customers can confirm whether it can be put down before buying.

The normal cutting length of our Erw Tube Mill Carbon Steel is 6m and 9m. The flying saw can track the pipe and cut to length through PLC control instructions. The finished product produced by it has the characteristics of small error and high precision, which is very suitable for use in the industrial pipeline industry, which can save time and reduce costs.

Raw material→ uncoiling → shearing and butt-welding → accumulator →leveling→ mill-forming →high-frequency welding→ deburring → cooling(water colling) → sizing →straightening → fixed length cutting → run-out table
