Automatic Production Procedure

Overview

The Straight Seam Welded Pipe Making Line is mainly used for some continuous forming processes such as uncoiling, trademark stamping, forming, welding and cutting of steel sheets and strips with thickness. It is based on the principle of feeding a certain specification of steel strip into the machine. The welding is done under the squeezing pressure of the extrusion rolls, and then cooled, sized and roughly straightened to become a steel pipe of the required specification.

Our roll forming unit can produce X80, J55 API oil casing, oil and gas pipeline, etc., which meet the standards of API- 5l, API- 5ct, etc. This unit can also produce shaped tubes for air-cooled island condensers in power plants and steel mills.
