Features

1. Uncoiler: This equipment is located at the front end of the unit. When in use, the coil is put on the coil head, the coil head is tensioned, and the strip steel is passively dragged into the equipment for production. The picture below shows manual bilateral tensioning, and hydraulic tensioning and pneumatic tensioning are also available

Scope of application: width of steel strip: 100～280mm thickness of steel strip: 0.6～3.0mm

2. Storage box: spiral looper. This equipment stores a certain amount of strip steel for continuous high-speed continuous production when the equipment is connected to the strip steel. The looper of this machine is 4.5 meters in diameter and the filling speed is 180m/min.
