This galvanized tube mill machine is a combination of equipment installed in a line for the production of High Frequency Induction Welded (HFIW) galvanized steel tubes. The process involved is cold forming of galvanized steel strip in a circular shape, longitudinal welding, sizing, converting into a rectangular/square shape and cutting to a pre-determined length. It facilitates large-scale tasks and can meet the needs of modern enterprises for mass production. 

Galvanized tube mill machine is well sealed and can be operated under negative pressure, with no dust flying from the working site. It can adapt to different situations of operation, can be dry operation, can also be wet operation, and can also combine the drying and grinding two processes at the same time.

The galvanized tube mill machine is to feed a certain specification of galvanized steel strip into the machine.
