Our tube mill is designed to meet the individual needs of customers and includes the following components:

■ Fully mechanized entry line, including uncoiler, shear and end welder, automatic horizontal accumulator and high-efficiency and accurate dual-output reduction and distribution gearbox for mill drive.

Feature

■ Tube mill manufacturer includes fully mechanized inlet lines with hydraulic shears and end welders and fully automatic horizontal spiral accumulators for complete stress-free strip accumulation.

■ Tube mill manufacturer features efficient and accurate screw speed reduction and distribution gearbox to drive the mill. In contrast, this reduces the power consumption of the worm gearbox.

■ Squeeze roller assembly with rugged 2, 3 and 4 roller for precise control of welding parameters and reduction of roller size can enhance HF welder efficiency.

■ The fin roller type seam guide installed near the squeeze roller can accurately control the V angle.

■ The dedicated drive forming frame used in the sizing mill is used for precise forming and progressive forming of heavy hollow profiles.

■ The NC fly friction/cold cutting system is installed in all types of rolling mills to provide NC programmable and precise cutting operations, which are user-friendly and maintenance-free.

■ The line speed is up to 150 m/min.

■ Tube mill manufacturer is designed with quick-change box.

■ The tube mill has a wider range of t/d ratios.

■ The accuracy of outer diameter of the tube can reach ±0.04mm.

■ The length accuracy of the pipe can reach ±2.0mm.

■ The burr-free cutting end is cut with a cold saw.

■ The special roller design can reduce the cold working of the pipe, thereby reducing the power consumption of the rolling mill.
