Customized Cold Rolling Mill Machine

I. Pre-operation Preparation
Equipment Inspection:
Confirm that the hydraulic system pressure is within the rated range (typically 10-25 MPa);
Check the surface finish of the rolls (Ra ≤ 0.8 μm);
Verify the flow rate of the cooling liquid circulation system (recommend ≥ 50 L/min);
Material Pre-treatment:
The thickness deviation of incoming materials should be controlled within ±0.1 mm;
Remove the residual oxide scale on the surface of the strip (Sa2.5 cleanliness standard);
II. Operating Specifications
Parameter Control:
The rolling speed should be gradually increased (initial speed ≤ 30 m/min);
The reduction amount should not exceed 50% of a single pass (hard alloy rolls limit);
The working temperature should be maintained at 60-80℃ (infrared thermometer for monitoring);
Safety Protection:
When the line speed is ≥ 15 m/s, the protective cover must be turned off;
The emergency braking response time should be < 0.5 seconds (monthly test and record);
III. Shutdown Maintenance
Daily Maintenance:
Supplement lubricating grease every 8 hours;
Rolls must be ground after 500 hours of use (roundness tolerance ≤ 0.01 mm);
Fault Handling:
Immediately stop the machine when there is abnormal vibration (amplitude > 0.05 mm);
Adjust the guide device when the strip deviates by more than 5 mm; IV. Special Precautions
When rolling titanium alloys, argon gas must be introduced for protection (oxygen content < 50 ppm);
After replacing the working rolls, a no-load test run should be conducted for at least 30 minutes;
The humidity of the electrical cabinet should be maintained at 40%-60% RH (with a dehumidifier installed);
