ABB robot surfacing process: It adopts ABB robot and equipped with EWM intelligent arc welding machine for surfacing.The melting depth is shallow and uniform, and a single layer of surfacing can be welded. It is not easy to have slag and other defects, and its surface quality is excellent.

Supersonic flame spraying process: supersonic flame spraying is the use of propane, propene and other hydrocarbon gas or hydrogen and high-pressure oxygen in the combustion chamber, or in the special nozzle combustion of high temperature, high-speed combustion flame flow. The combustion flame speed can be up to Mach 5 (1500m/s) or more, usually called HVOF. Then the alloy powder is fed axially into the flame, which can heat the coated particles to a molten or semi-molten state and accelerate them to speeds as high as 300-500m/s, or even higher. This results in a high quality coating with high bonding strength and denseness.
