CB-EEMS is based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. It generates an induced current in a metal melt through an alternating magnetic field, thereby generating a directional electromagnetic force (Lorentz force). This force drives the molten metal to form a controllable forced convection at the solidification end, achieving the following effects:
