Oil film bearings are the core transmission components of modern rolling mill equipment. They form a micron-level oil film between the journal and the bearing sleeve through the principle of hydrodynamic lubrication, achieving stable operation under heavy-load and high-speed working conditions.
Composite lining design
Steel back layer: High-strength alloy steel base, with a load-bearing capacity of up to 300MPa
Babbitt alloy layer: Containing SnSb8Cu4 component, with a thickness of 0.5-1.2mm, customizable
Surface coating: 0.05mm hard chromium coating enhances wear resistance
Innovation of Lubrication System
Integrated oil circuit design, supporting lubricating oil with a viscosity range of 40-60℃
Automatic compensation technology for dynamic pressure oil film thickness, with a fluctuation range of ±2μm
▪ Hot rolling scenario: Equipped with a 4500mm wide and thick plate rolling mill, capable of withstanding a rolling force of 6,000 tons
▪ Cold rolling scenario: Compatible with six-high HC rolling mills to achieve the production of extremely thin steel strips with a thickness of 0.15mm
▪ Maintenance plan: Provide an online vibration monitoring interface (4-20mA signal output)
