Therefore, the cooling water must be recycled. The process is as follows:

After the pipe making machine is started, the steel strip is gradually formed under the extrusion of the mold. In order to ensure the welding effect, the general forming section does not perform cooling operations. The pipes are spray-cooled and cleaned. The cooled water flows into the drain on the ground through the water tank of the welded pipe equipment machine, and then flows back to the emulsion circulation pool. The water in the emulsion circulation pool contains a lot of impurities, so it needs to be filtered. , The filtered water is pumped up by the water pump and sent to the pipe making unit for cooling cycle again. Emulsion can form a complete system of supply, recovery, filtration, cooling and supply.
