6-Hi Cold Rolling Mill
The six-roll cold rolling mill is a rolling mill used to pulverize and homogenize viscous materials, especially to disperse and evenly distribute the solid particles suspended in the adhesive.
The rolling mill includes at least two rollers and at least one pressing device. The rollers are installed to be rotatable about their longitudinal axis, the rotation axis of the rollers are installed in a fixed manner, and the rotation axis of the second roller is movably installed. The pressing device is used to press at least one roller against another roller.
Uses and characteristics
1. It is suitable for strip rolling of plain carbon steel, stainless steel, special steel and so on. It is especially suitable for rolling high-precision wide bands and thin strips.
2. With hydraulic bending device and intermediate roll traversing device, it can quickly adjust the roll crown, change the contact pressure distribution between the rolls, eliminate the harmful contact area between the rolls, and achieve the purpose of controlling the shape and crown of the roll.
3. The finished plate shape is smooth, stable and controllable, and effectively improves the thinning and edge cracking of the strip steel; it can be configured with a smaller work roll diameter, increasing the reduction of the pass and the total reduction of the rolling pass; the work roll The flat roll type can be used to reduce the amount of spare parts and consumption of rolls.
4. The six-high cold rolling mill has high control accuracy, which is especially suitable for rolling of high-precision wide band and thin strip.
