Erw Carbon Steel Tube Mill includes multiple rolls. The outer peripheral surface of the rolled tube or tube blank is a mandrel-shaped internal tool. It is arranged coaxially with the tube or tube blank. A deformation zone is defined between the rolls and an inner tool adapted to pierce the tube blank and extend the tube in turn.

Features

In order to improve the combined piercing and stretching operation, the Erw Carbon Steel Tube Mill is provided that the rolls have at least one section in each of the two axial ends, which section is configured to bite and convey the tube or tube blank, and the two of the rolls are arranged on the shaft. A cylindrical compression band is provided between the sections in the axial end, and the inner tool has a tube blank perforation zone in the axial end and a round bar portion adjacent to the perforation zone and cooperating with the cylindrical compression band to extend the tube. The sections for biting and conveying and the cylindrical compression belt are arranged such that not only the perforation of the tube blank, but also the extension of the tube can be achieved when the roll axis is arranged parallel to the tube axis or the tube blank axis.
