Overview

Our Automatic Steel Pipe Welding Machine can reduce the number of operators and inspectors, reduce management difficulty and product cost. The temperature transmitted to the interface increases through the friction between the workpiece surface and internal molecules. When the temperature reaches the melting point of the workpiece itself, the workpiece interface melts rapidly, and then fills the gap between the interfaces. When the vibration stops, the workpiece is cooled and shaped under a certain pressure to achieve perfect welding.
Features
The Automatic Steel Pipe Welding Machine uses a clip-on fixture, which makes the welding installation convenient and reliable. The head welding machine part has circulating water cooling, which greatly improves the duty cycle. It has automatic arc length and yaw function, which can reduce manual interference. It is suitable for pipes with a wall thickness of 3-10mm. And it has a V-shaped groove and is welded on one side and formed on both sides. It adopts imported core components and materials, which are durable, reliable, safe and precise.
