Introduction

Decorative carbon tube mill is to work through slit coil which is uncoiled and feed into forming section passing through the equipment of entry section. The entry section enables the decorative carbon tube mill to run continuously by using strip joining and accumulator. Before pipe welding, the pipe is formed in a round shape passing through a series of driven and idler rollers of forming section. In the welding section, the pipe is longitudinally welded by using the high-frequency induction welding method. The outside bead is removed and formed in the shape of scrap. The weld seam is ironed and the pipe passes through the cooling section. Then in the sizing section, the pipe is formed to a specified size and converted into a specified shape. After sizing, the pipe is cut to the required length by using flying saw cut-off equipment and delivered to the collecting table after passing through run-out conveyor.
