High Frequency Welding Carbon Tube Mill Machine is designed to utilize roll forming process steel strip into various shapes. Using high frequency induction heating, this line is capable of producing section material of various diameters and sizes by squeezing weld seam together into closed shape. The application of advanced aperture technology, PLC automatic control system‐regulating unit ensure that the production line works reliably and operates and maintains easily.


Features

High Frequency Welding Carbon Tube Mill Machine is a very important fine grinding equipment in recent industry, and is one of the most common and important equipment in the grinding system, with high production capacity of large tube mills. The material enters the inside of the tube mill cylinder through the feeding device and falls in the starting grinding position of the first bin. When the cylinder rotates, the grinding media and materials are rotated and lifted to a certain height with the cylinder under the action of friction and centrifugal force, and then thrown down or cascaded down according to a certain linear speed.
