The normal cutting length of our Erw Tube Mill Carbon Steel is 6m and 9m. The flying saw can track the pipe and cut to length through PLC control instructions. The finished product produced by it has the characteristics of small error and high precision, which is very suitable for use in the industrial pipeline industry, which can save time and reduce costs.

Raw material→ uncoiling → shearing and butt-welding → accumulator →leveling→ mill-forming →high-frequency welding→ deburring → cooling(water colling) → sizing →straightening → fixed length cutting → run-out table
