The hot rolling mill heats the metal billet above the recrystallization temperature through a heating furnace (usually the billet is heated to 1100-1300℃), endowing it with good plasticity and ductility. Subsequently, the billet is continuously rolled by multiple sets of rolls in the rough rolling mill and the finishing rolling mill. During this process, the high-precision hydraulic system works in coordination with the automatic control system to adjust the rolling pressure, roll gap spacing and rolling speed in real time, ensuring that the dimensional tolerance of the finished product is controlled within ±0.1mm. At the same time, it optimizes the internal grain structure of the metal and improves the mechanical properties of the material.

Equipped with PLC+ human-machine interface (HMI) integrated control, it supports one-click setting of rolling parameters, real-time monitoring and dynamic correction. Integrate AI algorithms to optimize the rolling path, reduce energy consumption and increase the yield rate to over 98%. The CVC (Continuous Variable convex-degree) roll technology is adopted to achieve automatic deviation correction of the plate shape. The hydraulic AGC (Automatic Thickness Control) system ensures that the thickness tolerance is ≤±0.05mm.

The waste heat recovery system converts the thermal energy generated during the rolling process into electrical energy, reducing the comprehensive energy consumption by 15% to 20%.
