Safety Operating Regulations for Pipe Making Machine

Purpose: Standardize the use and maintenance of the pipe making machine by employees to achieve correct operation, daily cleaning, regular maintenance, and prolonged replacement.

2. Scope: employees who are allowed to carry out pipe making operations after training in the pipe making workshop

3. Responsibilities: Operator: correct use of the pipe making machine, clean and maintain immediately after use; team leader: debugging before the pipe making machine, follow-up of the effect of handling abnormal situations; maintenance staff: handling the abnormal situation of the pipe making machine, Repair and regular maintenance. 4. Operation steps:

4.1 All employees who perform pipe-making operations must pass training before they can operate; 4.2 pipe-making operations:

4.2.1 Check whether the machine is placed horizontally; 4.2.2 Turn on the power;

4.2.3 Check the cooling oil in the cooling oil tank to ensure that the oil level is at 1/2-2/3 of the tank body; 4.2.4 Manually test whether the steering of each motor is consistent with the mark;

4.2.5 Manually test whether the steering of the oil pump is consistent with the mark, and adjust the cooling oil flow (the amount of cooling oil can be adjusted through the upper ball valve);

4.2.6 No-load test run, start the pipe making machine to check the operation of the motor gearbox, such as current, temperature rise; 4.2.7 Try to shrink the electric heating tube, depending on its straightness, adjust it through the straightener;

4.2.8 Start the automatic operation button, run normally for about ten minutes, turn on the automatic feeding device, and transfer to normal production operation;

4.2.9 In case of an abnormal situation, please press the emergency stop switch to stop the machine tool. After the fault is removed, confirm that it returns to normal before putting it into use. 5. Maintenance and maintenance of the pipe making machine:

5.1 A dedicated person regularly replaces the lubricating oil of the gearbox. The lubricating oil of the gearbox should be replaced every 1000 hours in the initial use. Thereafter, the gearbox should be cleaned and the lubricating oil should be replaced once a year;

5.2 A dedicated person regularly fills the roller bracket and spindle lubricating oil cup with butter, once a week;

5.3 Special personnel regularly clean the cooling oil tank, and refill or replace it in time. If the cooling oil contains too much moisture or deteriorates, it is forbidden to recycle it, and it should be replaced in time; 5.4 Make a record of each use and maintenance;

5.5 When the machine is in use, the abnormal situation should be notified to the maintenance staff immediately for inspection and repair, and it is strictly forbidden to work with the machine with failure;

5.6 The maintenance personnel shall check and maintain the machine every month, and keep a good maintenance record; 6. Matters needing attention:

6.1 Remember that after the roller is adjusted, the eccentric sleeve on the locking plate and the eccentric sleeve on the bracket must be tightened to prevent the eccentric sleeve from rotating, avoiding changes in the size of the workpiece and even damaging the axle;

6.2 During the pipe feeding process, the distance between the two pipes should be kept greater than 20% of the total length of the pipe body to avoid adhesion or collision and damage to the roller;

6.3 Observe the gearbox lubricating oil more frequently, and replenish it in time if it is insufficient (use L-AN.46# in summer and L-AN32# full-loss system lubricating oil in winter)

6.4 Please make sure that the grounding is good.
