(1) Install a filter on the hopper to prevent big rocks from entering the hopper.
(2) Strictly control the proportion of concrete to ensure that the slump of concrete does not change significantly.
(3) During the operation of the pump, the operator must pay close attention to changes in the pressure of the pump. If it is found that the pressure increases and pumping is difficult, the pump should be reversed, and the concrete should be pumped back to the hopper for mixing before sending it out. If the pump does not work after several times of reverse pumping, stop pumping, remove the blocked square tube, clean it, and start pumping again.
