Transmission control
The motor speed is precisely controlled by using a full-digital DC speed regulation device or a frequency converter, and is combined with the feedback from photoelectric encoders to form a closed-loop regulation.
The speed cascade control of PLC ensures the synchronization of multiple sections of transmission and realizes constant tension rolling and automatic compensation of roll diameter.
Hydraulic system control
The hydraulic cylinder precisely adjusts the position and gap of the rolls, supports automatic thickness control (AGC) to improve plate shape quality.
It dynamically adjusts the rolling pressure to adapt to different material processing requirements and links the cooling and lubrication system.
Process parameter monitoring
Real-time collection of signals such as thickness (isotope/X-ray thickness gauge), tension, pressure, and temperature, and realization of visual monitoring and data storage through HMI (such as Siemens MP370) and upper computer (such as Rockwell industrial control computer).
Safety and logic control
Band break detection, automatic deceleration and stopping, etc. protection functions.
Coordination of the interlocking start-stop logic of the hydraulic station, lubrication station, and cooling station.
Intelligent expansion
Integration of PLC and transmission system based on PROFIBUS and other bus technologies to reduce wiring interference.
