1. Installation process
Site preparation and foundation installation
Select an appropriate site based on the size and weight of the equipment. The ground needs to be reinforced and leveled.
The foundation construction should have holes reserved for anchor bolts and the cleaning work before secondary grouting should be completed.
Transportation and positioning of the equipment
Use professional lifting equipment (such as cranes) to transport the main body of the rolling machine to avoid collisions or tilting.
During installation, use laser alignment to ensure the verticality and levelness of the frame and rolls.
Mechanical assembly and commissioning
Assemble the rolls, bearing seats, transmission system and other components according to the assembly drawing, and check the tightening torque of the connecting bolts.
Commission the hydraulic balancing system, cooling water pipelines and lubrication devices to ensure that the pressure and flow meet the process requirements.
Trial operation and acceptance
Run the main motor, reducer and other equipment under no-load conditions to test the temperature rise and vibration values.
Load rolling verification the thickness tolerance and surface quality of the steel strip, and adjust the roll gap to the process parameter range.
2. Key precautions
Environmental and foundation requirements
The hot rolling machine needs to be away from vibration sources, and the concrete strength of the foundation should reach more than 120% of the design value.
The heating furnace area needs to be isolated from high-temperature radiation, and the cable pipelines need to be protected against high temperatures.
Assembly accuracy control
The parallelism error of the roll axis should be ≤ 0.05mm, and the gap between the bearing seat and the frame should be ≤ 0.8mm.
The deviation of the coupling alignment should be ≤ 0.1mm to avoid abnormal wear of the transmission system.
Safety and maintenance
Before commissioning, clean the rolling line of debris, and check the effectiveness of the emergency stop device and protective cover.
Regularly monitor the water quality of the cooling water to prevent nozzle blockage and cause the rolls to overheat.
